Pretty spot over looking the Ocean.
Close to the new development of Olivia Beach stands an old watchman. He has seen many things over the years, but now he is grey and aging. Near his toes is a small treasure box and only he knows the secret. Is it Pirate Treasure?
You will have to come find out.
For extra credit, find the gate 25 feet to the south. Explain in your log, what purpose this gate now serves. If it went to a residence, where has the residence gone?
