About the location:
Welcome to Newaygo State Park. This is a coveted geocaching destination in Michigan along the banks of the Muskegon River. Enjoy the scenic walk in the woods and please bring bug spray.

About the cache:
This is a fun entertaining cache for all ages. I chose to craft this unique ammo can holder well in advance of the boys informing me that the native Americans that lived in western Michigan lived in wigwams not tipis. So we decided that Chief Black Bear of the Blackfoot indian nation visited these banks of the Muskegon River, from Montana, to share strategies with Nah-Way-gon and Chief Wabaningo of the Ottawa indian nation on how to best deal with the growing white man population.

You will not encounter any elevation changes. Our family had as much fun making this cache as you are sure to enjoy making the find. We hope you enjoy your stay at this cache. Please be careful retrieving and returning the cache container in and out of the large container.

What's the Challenge?
The challenge on this cache could be the distractions of deer, turkey, racoons, squirrels, or an occasional skunk. The cache is, well, difficult to camouflage. The challenge will be for cachers to maintain a fort-like collection of sticks and limbs to protect this hide from mugglers. We hope you have fun with this cache while it lasts!
