Geocache Description:

The cache may be a little tricky to the untrained eye. It is located near an old church steeple that is now turned into a gazebo.

There was a cache here previously, placed by Geocachingguy, but it was archived due to his schedule. We both thought this spot is worthy of another cache.
The steeple was part of St. John's Lutheran Church in Belleville. The church was built in 1834. The steeple where the cache is at was the steeple used at the time the church was built. The bell for the steeple was constructed in Baltimore. In the 1980s it was struck by lightning. The church was going to scrap it, but a local company in Allensville decided to turn it into a gazebo. Now the steeple rests in the heart of Allensville where many enjoy it today.

No caching after dark please. Have fun, and happy caching!

Congratulations to Aldus❦Leaf for being the FTF this cache!
