Geocache Description:

This is one that I re-established, it was an old deserted grocery store that has now been completely renovated, using tax payer dollars I suppose, into quite a lavish government agency building with no name on it.  This has very very high muggle traffic 8 - 5 weekdays but should be very vacant weekends.
