Stop 19: Hawkins Place Pill Bottle FTF Certificate
This little piece of road is named after the family that homesteaded the property on the northwest side. Just think that a family would come here with no buildings and start from scratch. Often they did not know if the property was suitable for agriculture or if there were swamps all through the quarter section. Often they were unable to make a living and had to move on.
