Geocache Description:




4Th Annual BGS Hargus Lake CITO will be held at the main shelter house at A. W. Marion State Park outside of Circleville Ohio. This event will be a Pot Luck as usual and we need each person to write down what they will bring so we have a mixture of food for everyone. This event is not only for us to all get together and have some fun and cache but to help the parks that let us enjoy our awesome sport/game using these beautiful Parks. Come help us clean up the park, eat, cache and just have fun.

BGS WILL PROVIDE HOT DOGS AND HAMBURGERS AS WELL AS BUNS



There will be a bunch of new caches placed around the lake as usual and hopefully a new night cache as well. We will have some trash bags on hand for everyone but if you would like to bring gloves or trash grabbers that would be great.

Where: A. W. Marion State Park – Hargus Lake

Time: Arrive around Noon and Eat at 1-1:30pm

Caches: Coordinates to caches will be given after our Meal and Prizes are completed.
A.W. Marion State Park is a beautiful lake with a 5 mile main hiking loop around the lake with side trails that branch off also. The Terrain around the lake is mostly a 2-2.5 but has a couple of steep hills and some stairs.

A W Marion State Park also offers camping and there will be some cachers camping out over this weekend. The group seems to get larger every year and your more than welcome to come camp as well.
