それは品川区役所の近くにあります。
元々は、三菱マテリアルの工場がありましたが、品川区が公園用地として取得し整備をしました。
公園には、スポーツ施設や、噴水・流れ・ロックガーデンがある広場、健康遊具を設置したトリム広場、さらに区民住宅に隣接する児童向け広場があります。
近くの住民の憩いの場にもなっています。
