Geocache Description:

A two staged multi-cache put out in conjunction with the Greenbelt CITO at Schrom Hills Park on 06/20/2013.

This geocache requires a special geocaching tool.  There are hints on this cache page as to what special tool is needed.  If you use this special tool, this cache is more like a 1.5/1.5.  Without this special tool, it would be more difficult.  At ground zero, you need to find the coordinates to the final stage.
