This cache is located near a nice waterfalls on the Gratiot River off Cliff Drive in Keweenaw County. (BRING A CAMERA)
Driving north on Cliff Drive turn left 1.5 miles past Seneca Lake onto a 2 track road. If you are driving south turn right 8/10 mile past the Gratiot River crossing. The road is good, any puddles will have solid bottoms.
Drive about 3/10 mile, turn right when you get to the “Y”. Go 4/10 mile more until you get to a second “Y”, park here.
Walk down to the right which will bring you to the river.
The cache is located on the other side of the river, I suggest crossing as soon as you can as it is much easier to walk on the north/cache side.
Total hike distance will be about 2/10 of a mile each way.
The cache is a 1/2 gallon container with plenty of room for trading items.
I included a packet of foreign money (2 paper and 4 coins) for the First to Find!
To the best of my knowledge this waterfall is unnamed and is not listed in any waterfall guides.
