Geocache Description:

I saw this spot in a new light after caching for a few months.  I found it was bare and realized I had to put one here.  At the time I started working on it there were just a few caches around. My delay has found several in the area but hopefully none as cool and challenging as this one.

You are looking for a camouflaged byson tube hidden at the cords.  My instructions are simple. Keep your feet on the ground. No climbing on this or permission will be revoked. This is a T-38 Talon. It was built by Northrop Corp, & first flew in 1959. More than 1100 were delivered. It was used by the air force as an advanced jet pilot trainer. It's 46' long, 13' tall, & 25' wide. It's twin J85-GE-5 turbo jets w/afterburners produce 2900 #'s of thrust. It can go Mach 1 with a ceiling of 55,000'. It can travel 1000 miles before needing refueling. It can be fitted with weapons for training. It is used to train future pilots who will fly the F15, F16, A10, & the F111. Have fun checking this out, but please remember no climbing on it!
