This cache is an easy PnG. Please BYOP. It is just off a busy road so late night/early morning would be the easiet time to find; going at rush hour would certainly raise the difficulty/required stealth.
This cache is part of a series of caches I am calling Lifepoints. These are locations around Lakeland that have special meaning to myself or family, either currently or as my wife and I were growing up. I am also tying to use a wide variety of cache sizes and hide types to improve my caching skills along the way. I hope you enjoy finding these around town and they help you think about those places in your town/city that are special to you.
About this location: back in the mid to late 90's, I could be found at this location pretty much every Friday night during the fall. After the LHS game, many of my fellow band members and I would arrive to eat and hang out until our parents came to pick us up or curfew came (and sometimes went). While Tumbleweed42 and I did not date while I was in high school, we did spend many of those nights hanging out here together. I have no idea if the tradition survives, but if you stop by on a Friday night during football season, look out for the band kids!
