Rivermouth Traditional Cache
ground control 1: Leaving Canada this weekend to start a new life in the UK. I reluctantly have to archive this great cache. If anyone wants to take it over please do so. The cache is still in its location and is in great condition.

About as close to the ferry as I could get. Ideal cache for dropping off and collecting travel bugs and geocoins for moving on or off the Island. Have to watch out for muggles. A good sized metal box. Please trade even or up. You will have to negotiate some driftwood.
The name comes from the Little River mouth which is fairly close. Unfortunately I had to move the container further away because it was too close to another cache. The river is only small but contains cut throat trout and in the fall, coho salmon migrate up as do chum salmon. To find this cache you will have to step over some driftwood. Sit awhile and enjoy the view. You will be able to park just a few hundred yards from the cache. Good place for a picnic. You may see bald eagles, otters at dusk, seals, sealions and very occasionally orcas from this beach.
