Just off the trail and little need for bushwhacking. Mosquito whacking, or snow whacking maybe.
Poor Auggie. Auggie gets to have no fun ever. Auggie is a little Staffie Pup who never gets his way. He has to sit around the house & sleep all day when daddy gets to go to that cool place called “work”. Auggie only gets to go outside whenever he whines to his daddy to go outside, while that is constantly and usually when daddy gets comfy on the couch, its still never when Auggie wants. Cruelest of the cruel is that Auggie has to walk on a leash nearly everywhere. About the only place where he is free, where he can run and jump and play without a care, is this place.
You are at the Connors Lake/Southwood Park, a dog friendly leash optional greenway. While the trail along the powerline is popular, me and my geo-pup Auggie enjoy the wander back here in the woods. During the summer, everything greens over and becomes full of life (and bugs … just a warning). During the summer, it’s like an evergreen wonderland. Regardless the time of the year, I get to watch my little buddy run crazy though the woods, playing and jumping and running.
Cache is just big enough for some tradeables, but not too big. BYOP
