This cache was place by the Cub Scouts of Den 5 Pack 63 as they learned about navigation. The Cub Scout motto is "Do your Best", and the boys certainly did their best hiding this cache in a kid friendly area. The boys are monitoring the cache on the website and would be very appreciative of feedback from cachers on how they did their best to find it.
