Yuma police dispatch reported to officers a man with a gun in the Ave 8E/32^nd St area.  Officers informed to make a silent run with no lights or sirens as well as exhibit caution.  Upon completion of their investigation, officers were informed to return to the Foothills for possible dog case.  Officers acknowledged this and also reported that their signal was good.  Additionally, they checked their radio with a brief test signal and then asked dispatch for more information on the case in the Foothills.
