This is a themed tribute cache to our local Siuslaw Valley Fire & Rescue. Many times they have responded to the dunes and set up a LZ for helicoptors to airlift people from the dunes. Thanks to all of our responders for their lifesaving efforts. This sand bowl area would make a good LZ if needed.
Sand pails, kites, and sandboards are great for this area as well. Load up the family and come spend the day and play!!
