Pig's-Eye View is located on the A448 The Slough between Redditch & Studley. Free parking is available in nearby bays on the roadside.
It is a camouflaged box, originally containing a logbook, pencil, a few swaps and a TB. Please cover the cache again and beware of muggles walking on the path by the busy roadside.
Rough Hill Wood SSSI is an ancient woodland covering 52 acres, it is owned by the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust and is managed to provide open access. Sited on a hillside the broad leaf trees are predominantly oak, with much diversity of wildflowers on the lower slopes. Coppicing has been reintroduced to the wood and there is a small area of heathland.
Access into the wood can be found via the A448 The Slough. As with all these sites please observe the Country Code, take your litter home with you, keep dogs on a lead, where dogs are allowed, and keep to marked paths to avoid disturbing wildlife.
Rough Hill and Wirehill Woods are two contiguous areas of ancient woodland which straddle the county boundary in the north-west corner of Warwickshire. An ancient bank and ditch separates Rough Hill Wood in Warwickshire from Wirehill Wood in Hereford and Worcester.
