Along a very busy black-top
Bumped the Difficulty up a bunch, as I had a little spotting it, and I knew where it is.
This was put out for the workers of the Perry Road clean-up crew. Parking is at the additional waypoint or along side a VERY BUSY road with little or no shoulder, so I suggest using a bicycle for these.
