This is my first cache. I have placed it with the help of my good friend Diefenbaker. Both of us were celebrating the end of the school year. I've really been looking forward to placing a cache and Diefenbaker said he knew the perfect spot. Indeed! Kokokung probably showed better sense but I wanted someplace special. HOLY COW, this was special! Thought I was going to die! It was around a mile and a half of hiking roundtrip with some ups and downs (depending on how you travel there).
I hope you enjoy this cache. It is a whizbang hidden in a fairly obvious place in a normal way in the National Forest just outside the boundaries of the nearby Wilderness Area. This may also be a twofer. You can enter the corner marker nearby for another find. How about that?! This cache was placed with the permission from the Chief Ranger of the Uwharrie National Forest.
