Geolitter occurs when a cache is archived but the container is not retrieved. Could be a careless cache owner or he/she has moved or stopped playing the game but regardless once it is archived and not picked up it becomes nothing more then garbage. I didn't think this one had been picked up so went to look and found it in decent shape.This particular cache container was from (GC3D5) which was archived when someone complained that it was in a residents only park. However, that sign is only up in the summer months and in fact there is a ball field and out of town teams come to play there....in the summer! 

Another hide today while going for another cache. Please park down by the library or the park entrance which is legal parking and take the short walk.
3 coins in there to start on their journey, please put them somewhere active. I left the old trinkets and added a new log and a pen. There looks like a mountain bike area nearby, if there are bikers there use stealth. I didn't see anyone at all in the time I was there.
