This geocache is placed on private land with permission from the land owner. Please make sure to stay on the East side of the big tree line (the west side is owned by somebody else). Once you get to the coordinates, the container should be fairly easy to find. I recommend parking on the road or at the end of the driveway that is near the coordinates and then walking to the cache. Please beware of ticks since I got one on me as I hide the container.
This is the 3rd cache that I placed on this road. The first was a little one that I placed "Just Because". Then I moved it and changed containers and called it "Just Because Again". That section of the land was sold so I needed to move it. Welcome to "Just Because Again Too"!
