There is very limited phone service here. There is a gate that you must drive through to get here. At the gate is a sign that warns that it will be closed for certain months of the year. I have been working on the nearby road for 2 years and have yet to find this gate closed. The rust on the gate and the lack of locks on it should mean you will have no issues with access.
Just past this cache is a small road turning into the woods that will take you to the graveyard.
