Geocache Description:

Another Quiet Seascape

For a great walk free from noise and people approach from either Canal Foot or Plumpton - from the south.

Except at high tide you can readily get under the Viaduct at Tridley Point. Alternatively go under the railway bridge before you get to the viaduct and follow the footpath from there to the shore.

Great views to the hills and across th estuary, loads of flowers and wild life a magical spot.

I doubt you will be disturbed.

An alternative approach is from Greenodd or from the car park at the end of the dual carriage way opposite Mearness Pointr south along the coast. It is promised the Cumbria Coastal Way is diverting this way shortly to avoid a section along the main A590.
