Leroy Jethro Gibbs
As the leader of the NCIS team Gibbs must find a balance between the team solving crimes and the higher ups who always seem to be in the way of justice. He is a fiercely loyal Marine who, though very quiet, finds some way to show his team that he cares.
Gibbs lives by a set of rules that he expects all of his agents and those working with him to know. They are a guideline for doing the job effectively and being prepared for any surprises that he may encounter along the way. Such as Always wear gloves at a crime scene, Never let the suspects stay together and of course number Nine: Never go anywhere without a knife. While he might Gibbs Slap an agent for getting carried away, he will mold an agent into a thinking, acting and invaluable part of the NCIS team.
This is a fairly easy and straight forward cache. Park on Gibbs and 2nd and take the stairs to GZ. Search the area thoroughly and discreetly. Find the required evidence and sign for it. Be sure to replace the cache so that there is minimal chance of droppage or being spotted.
