She be sit'che'ated on some scallywags land (private property, 104 Foxcroft) but they be 'specting yers (w/ permission). Treasure be near the byway, don't yer be a pokin round tha scallywags quarters (stay by the sidewalk).
Keep ye eyes out for the motorbuggies (cars), they not be interferein' wit me treasure. Beware o' the evil 'mugglers' known as 'teenagers' they be 'specially dangers pirates out fer our treasure!
