Lan-Tian College is located in Wenchang Chongwen Nantou No. 140, Chong Qing dynasty 11 years (AD 1831) So far, more than 170 years, when it was school, Daoguang 13 years (AD 1833) began the restructuring of the College, in 1864 moved to its present site, one of seven monuments of Nantou County.
藍田書院位於南投市崇文里文昌街140號，創建於清道光11年（西元1831年）迄今已有170多年，當時為學堂，道光13年（西元1833年）始改制為書院，於西元1864年遷移至現址，取名「藍田」是取「樹人無殊種玉」之意，希望藉此培植地方文秀並青出於藍，經內政部審定為國家第三級古蹟，為南投縣七大古蹟之一。
