Geocache Description:

A Simple Cache, part of a series around Brockholes Nature Reserve, perfect for caching families.

This Cache is part of a series around Brockholes Nature Reserve.

It is a small Round tub, original contents: Small Pencil, Log Book, Opencaching coin, Plastic Insect, FTF Badge.
This cache is located on a finger of land our into No1 Pit Lake. This undisturbed area is a haen for insects, particularly damselflies in the summer months.  Please keep an eye on children as there are stretches of Open water here.  Please rehide it well!
The cache is close to a Public Footpath & the Guild Wheel Route.

Car Parking is available free for 20mins but parking charges do apply afterwards (£1 for hr).  Access to the site is 24hrs on foot, but the car park is locked between the hours of 8pm & 6am.
