Brock Mill #1 Traditional Cache

Now we have had some feedback on parking we would like to note that during the week it may be best to park along Hall Lane to complete the series starting from #9 going clockwise through #10, #1, #2 etc. We would like to stress that it is not a good idea to complete the series backwards as then it becomes very illogical for the multi caches.  Brock Mill Walk is a circular walk approximately 4km in length. There are 10 caches in total, 3 of which are multi-caches but don’t worry they are all en route, no diversions necessary. It should take approximately 2 hours (this allows time for caching). I used to walk here a lot growing up so it's nice to share the route with others. At #3 you can take the steps back up to Wigan Road if you wish. Between #3 and #4 you can turn off up the bank to the right to walk along the bridle path where it will re-join the walk between #8 and #9 so would be suitable for a shorter walk. We hope to add in a few extra caches in time along the bridle path to make it more interesting.
