Geocache Description:

"Yahto" is Indian for "blue"..  Yahto was our beloved Blue Heeler, an Australian Cattle Dog.  She loved to take the Nature Trail in the Willoughby Environmental Education Area and race ahead to jump in the water. So I placed her cache close to the water. It's known as the Willoughby 40 on South Sunset Bench Road near Stevensville, Montana.  The USFS brochure for the Nature Trail explains these points:
1.  The Invader
2.  Rocks that walked?
3.  When the Bitterroot Mountain Range shed its skin
4.  How deep was it?
5.  Diversity:  The secret to richness
6.  Riparian reservoir
7.  Riparian and stream:  Partners for life
8.  What's missing?
9.  Tiny but deadly
10. The human element
11. Cries in the sky
12. Dark Horizons

There is a covered picnic bench area with grills, and the school kids visit here regularly.
