Kapela sv. Bartola u Vrhu Letovanićkom je mala jednobrodna građevina pravokutnog tlocrta s poligonalnim svetištem i zvonikom iznad pročelja. Iznad portala je urezana godina 1886. Krov je od biber crijepa, a zvonik je pokriven limenom kapom. Unutrašnjost nije oslikana, osim stropa s prikazomzlatnih zvijezdica na plavo-sivoj podlozi. Na oltaru je triptih s prikazom Žalosnog Isusa, sv. Bartola i sv. Mihovila. Godine 1929. se spominje kao kapela Patientis Iesu (Trpećeg Isusa), a današnji je titular očito kasniji. Kapela je obnavljana u novije vrijeme i u dobrom je građevnom stanju.
