Geocache Description:

Let's start justifing this crazy thing we call geocaching! The only way that we can really only do that is by completing challenges while out geocaching.

Manifest Destiny!

In the United States in the 19th century, Manifest Destiny was the widely held belief that American settlers were destined to expand across the continent. To own all the land between the Altantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean.

Historians have for the most part agreed that there are three basic themes to Manifest Destiny.
1. The special virtues of the American people and their institutions
2. America's mission to redeem and remake the world in the image of America
3. A divine destiny under God's direction to accomplish this wonderful task.

These themes are which inspired, encouraged, and shaped the lower 48 of what it is today.

Now the rules for this challenge

To qualify for this cache:
1. The cache is at the listed coordinates
2. You must have found at least a cache in enough states to make a continuous, uninterrupted line of states stretching from the West Coast of the United States to the East Coast.
3.You can zigzag however you want as long as you get there without a break.
For clarification, states on the West Coast would include California, Oregon, and Washington; states on the East Coast would include Florida and all states to the North to Maine that have a coastline on the Altantic Ocean.
4.The map feature on your Profile Statistics will provide the needed documentation to verify that you are qualified.
If you do not have a map availble according to your profile stats section, you can include in your log the GC code and the date that you found each cache in each state you plan on using.
5. You do need to physically travel to these States, the only exception is that I will allow you to use one moving cache if you happen to have found it.
6. Since you can do this a possible of three times without using any state muliple times, it will be possible for you to log this cache three times.
7. There will be two FTF's on this challenge. The one who is able to prove that they have qualified for the challenge and is able to find it first. The second FTF is for the person that is able to say that have been able to do it all three times.
8. You can sign the log without completeling the chllanege after the FTF has been claimed.
9. Any found logs will be deleted if you do not meet the qualifications.
10. If you sign the log once, and have completed the challenge two or three times, you only need to sign it once.
11. If you sign the log once, and then completed the challenge again, you need to go back out and find this cache and sign your name to the cache again.
12. Previous caches do count towards the completion of this challenge.

This is located along the Frisco Highline Trail so make sure that you respect the trail rules when out caching. No night time caching, and the cache is only available from sunrise to sunset. You will be looking for a small container that is located just off the trail about 10 to 15 feet. Remember the season when out caching. Ticks, Thorns, Snakes, and Posion Ivy more likely during the Spring to Fall months than the Winter months.
