Depending on the day & the time this could be difficult to get.  Use Stealth as you will be out in the open!!!

Should be a drive up and grab cache.

"This cache has been placed for the CARMH4 event. The cache should not be located prior to 7 PM, Friday, Aug. 16th. The caches for the CARMH4 event are released early so that the geocaching community has an opportunity to plan their routes prior to the event start."  Thanks for coming out for our CARMH4 event.  We are looking forward to see you and visit at the different event throughout the weekend.

You are looking for a Camoed micro.  Sometimes we find this kind of thing in different spots and it is just gross what people will do with their garbage!!
