Originally wanted to place a cache in the park across the street but, seeing the flooding conditions in fall and spring and considering the process of obtaining permissions to access private property for a seasonal cache; it was decided to cross the street.
So, here we are and where is the cache. Well, it's in a high-muggle area and you are looking for something smaller than a micro so be carefull. Bring a pencil and tweezers, and have some fun.
