Hate 'em or love 'em. Some folks are reviled by pigs in any form - on the hoof or on the platter. They think pigs are ugly, stink, make obnoxious noises, scare horses, and are the source of diseases such as swine flu and trichinosis. However, to many of us the thought of pigs brings to mind pork chops, barbeque ribs, sausage, bacon and ham. Take your pick.
