The 38th Parallel Traditional Cache

The geocache is located on steep ( and slippery ),grassy , wooded, "open space". This can be accessed from various signed entrance points in the neighborhood or from a neighborhood park.
I live in Martinez and realized the 38th Parallel goes right through the city. So I decided to let this determine my North coordinate, just for the fun of it.
The biggest challenge was finding a West coordinate that was legal and away from the crowd. During my research I saw that the 38th Parallel also goes through the Italian island of Sicily, where my grandparents are from.
The geocache container is an insulated 24 oz water bottle, with a camo design.Initial contents are a log and pencil , geocache info sheet and 2 trading items. Good Luck to all !
