TCP- or Traffic Control Point. This cant be something as simple as a stop sign, stop lights or even a school crossing guard. Sometimes they are provided to let you know that you should slow down around a certain area of town or during certain times of the day.

This cache is the smallest one I have placed. Smaller than a nickle. It shouldn't be TOO difficult to find. It is secured to the object it is hidden in so it won't blow away or get lost, unless someone removes it intentionally.
Due to the size, this log will get filled up rather quickly so try to write small if you are able.
Parking is available, little ones should watch out for cars- it is near the road but not very dangerous. You can teach them about traffic safety and even fire safety while you are there too!
