Bakoorjakkalse: Unfortunately the tractor has been removed by the owner for good and I have to archive this cache. I will hide a new cache in a similar manner in Joubertina.

The first tractor to arrive in the Langkloof! Rusting in peace...
The Langkloof valley is a fruit producing valley that lies between the Tsitsikamma mountains and the Kouga mountains (Baviaans). The R62 runs through the valley. The Langkloof is the second largest deciduous fruit-producing area in South Africa. Its fertility is visible as most of the valley is lined with fruit orchards and beautiful mountains. Farmers came to this fruitful region in the late 18th Century. The cache is located in Joubertina - the business centre of the Langkloof. It's name originates from the Reverend W.A. Joubert, who was Reverend of Uniondale from 1879 to 1892. His wife's name was Tina - from there Jouber-tina. The first tracktor to be brought into the Langkloof was a 1928 Wallis. The cache was placed with permission of the land owner.
