A replacement cache for Canning GC1GJKR - which was burnt in a fire after only a couple of finds.
This cache is best done while walking the Bibbulmun Track, which is for walkers only - no bikes, vehicles or horses are permitted. The cache is located very close to Canning campsite.
If you are unfamiliar with the track, full information about it and the facilities can be found at www.bibbulmuntrack.org.au
The cache is a medium sistema and has the usual log book, and also has a few small items that a hiker might need such as bandaids, Mefix tape and splinter removers. There is no need to swap anything. If you need it you are welcome to take something.
There are small prizes and certificates for the first 2 finders and also finder's cards for anyone who wishes to take one.
