Geocache Description:

Well this is my first hide and where I knew once I started geocaching that this was going to be the spot i would put it. I didn't want to place this before gaining some experience in with finding caches so that way when I hid it  I would know where a good place would be. I drove past this spot many times and never realized this was here. That was until Hurricane Irene rolled through and devasted alot of areas. I drove down this road 2 days after and found this spot. The water had washed the road and the trees away. With the trees gone there was now a beautiful view of a small waterfall.   Later on i decided i was going to journey past the road and up the waterfall to see an even better view of a bigger waterfall. Currently there is no name for the falls so I call it Irene Falls due to the fact I never knew of it until she uncovered it.

Now to the actual cache. The container is a waterproof electronic holder. Enough room for small swag and trackables. I left a prize for the FTF. Parking is .3 miles from cache a short walk down the highway so use caution. The terrain to the cache is pretty rough so be aware of your surroundings and go slowly and you should be fine. I would suggest not trying this one after heavy rains as the easiest way there is the side of waterway but there are still other ways to it if water is to high. With the tree coverage gps accuracy was 32'. Good Luck and Happy Hunting I hope you enjoy the view like i do.
