This is not your regular puzzle cache. By the time you have completed this cache you will have visited every municipal ward in Tokyo. To complete this cache you will have to find 23 caches. It is based on similar Geocache challenges that are popular in the United States.
There 23 municipal wards in Tokyo Prefecture. To complete this cache you need to find at least one cache in each ward. You may not log this find until you submit a list of your finds in the 23 wards of Tokyo.
Found List Submission:
To submit your 23 cache finds do one or more of the following.
To verify your cache finds do one or more of the following.
1. Send me a file containing all of your finds (Loc or Gpx format)
2. Premium members may list their finds in a public bookmark list.
3. Regular members and premium members may list your finds (GCXXXX) and the ward the cache is in on your profile page.
4. Post a list of your finds in the "Found It" log.

2. You MUST find a cache in every ward in Tokyo.
3. Caches found prior to the publication of this challenge DO NOT COUNT.

5. CITO, Event and Locationless caches DO NOT COUNT. Only caches with a container and log will be counted.
6. Post a Found It log when you have completed the challenge. Please submit the list of your finds. (See Found List Submission for submission options.)
