A medieval bridge in the heart of the city.
This medieval bridge was part of a settlement in the times of the Knights Templar in the late 12th century (Yep, them crusaders again!) There was a castle around here once too apparently but that’s long gone.
Not the most picturesque of the medieval bridges, mainly due to the modern concrete watercourse which attracts graffiti, but interesting that it’s survived in a modern city and each spring the meltwater of Troodos comes rushing through here to the sea with impressive strength despite the dam further inland.
Quite a busy place so it had to be a very small micro, almost nano, so bring a pencil and replace the camouflage carefully please.
