"THUNDERBIRDS GB", an international rescue team was founded in 2013 by Jeff Tracy is a worldwide Geocacher.

Team THUNDERBIRDS GB

Not intended to be public, THUNDERBIRDS GB is a private organization formed by Jeff Tracy and Geocacher in the world.
The reason for this is to rescue the Geocacher who can make full use of super machine "THUNDERBIRDS" that was developed by the latest scientific and technological up-and-coming, it will do a new Cache installed around the world, thirst for new Cache setup.
Everyone! "Hood" is a weapons broker disguise is good at, it seemed to get the information of Cache by THUNDERBIRDS GB members. Before Hood find, to me looking First to Find of Cache!

Hi, this is Virgil Tracy, a pilot of large airplane for transportation "THUNDERBIRD 2".
This cache has been concealed someplace beside the southern floodgate of Saiko. It seems coordinates indicated by GoogleMap are a bit off from the right position. Please be careful. And also this area is crowded with many anglers in holiday. You must be careful to Muggles.
There are several free/pay parking lots in Saiko. Please refer to another series of cache GC3CDNE to get Waypoints.

###Attention!###
Lake Saiko is a regulation pond. In case of typhoon or heavy rain, this area will be filled with a great deal of water from Arakawa River. Please don't visit here in bad weather. Of course, I'll stop this one temporarily in expectaion of that case.

2013年、世界的なGeocacherであるジェフ・トレーシーによって国際救助隊（INTERNATIONAL RESCUE ORGANIZATION）である”THUNDERBIRDS GB”が設立された。
THUNDERBIRDS GBは公的なものではなく、ジェフ・トレーシーと世界中に居るGeocacherらによって構成される私的な組織である。最新気鋭の科学技術によって開発されたスーパーメカ“サンダーバード”を駆使して、世界中に新しいCache設置を行い、新しいCache設置を渇望するGeocacherたちを救出するためである。
諸君！ 兵器ブローカーで変装が得意なフッドが、THUNDERBIRDS GBメンバーの設置したCacheの情報を入手したようだ。フッドが見つける前に、FTFしてくれ！

私はバージル・トレーシー、輸送用大型航空機”サンダーバード2号”のパイロットだ。
このキャッシュは彩湖の南端にあたる水門の端に隠してある。GoogleMapはいくぶん座標がずれているようなので気をつけてほしい。また、この周辺は休日になるとたくさんの釣り人で賑わうエリアだ。マグルに気をつけて探してくれ。コンテナは小型の密閉容器だ。
ここの東側には無料でクルマがとめられる土手上のスペースがあるほか、彩湖にも有料、無料のパーキングがいくつか用意されている。詳しくは当シリーズキャッシュのGC3CDNEを参照してほしい。

###注意事項###
彩湖は調節池なので、台風や豪雨で荒川に氾濫の恐れがあると大量の水が流れ込む。悪天候が予想されるときは絶対に近づかないでくれ。また、その際はこのキャッシュを一時停止にする予定だ。
