Geocache Description:

The purpose of this cache is to help promote knowledge and understanding of three of our founding documents; The Constitution, The Bill of Rights, and The Declaration of Independence.
You will need to know certain facts about these three to solve the puzzle and find the cache. We thought best for this cache to be placed as close to the capital city as possible. Cache was placed in June 2013 by redfoot5.2 and was adopted by Eve800 in October 2017.
