Located at the east exit of JR Nagano station, this is where buses depart to many of the top ski resorts in Nagano Prefecture.
There is a memorial tower commemorating the 1998 Winter Olympics.
JR長野駅東口にあり、県内のスキー場に行くバスの始点です。
１９９８年の冬季オリンピックを記念しているタワーもあります。
On the east side of JR Nagano train station there is a memorial tower for the 1998 Winter Olympics.
With a height of approximately 7 meters, the tower’s design is an image of the Olympic torch.
Names of the benefactors of the tower are engraved on the base of the tower.
Other names such as the figure skater Midori Ito and marathon runner Yuko
Arimori are also engraved.
The cache is well concealed to avoid muggles so look well.
The cache is in a small bag. Be sure to bring something to write with.

高さ７m、聖火のトーチをイメージしたデザイン。タワーの台座には政策協力氏名が刻まれている。
フィギュアの伊藤みどりさんやマラソンの有森裕子さんの名前も。
