A basic and easy cache located near the Swansea Public Library geared towards new geocachers. This was released for a 101 talk and a week before an event located at the library.
This spot shouldn't be anything new to veteran geocachers. Ryan Kelly Gazebo, the previous cache here, was a good one but unfortunately poison ivy really took over and it had to be removed. We decided to hide a new one here for the new talk to be held this year in a spot hopefuly free of poison ivy.
The first few signatures in the log book will be from those folks who attended the 101 presentation on June 22nd. There were more but some chose not to sign the log until they made an official account. Therefore the cacher who signs on the third line can claim a "FTF" after publication.
As expected, permission was given to hide one here from the Swansea Public Library. Use stealth when retrieving and replacing as the nearby parking lot can get busy. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE HEADSTONES OR ANY PART OF THE STONE WALL. Doing either of these is not necessary to find the cache, which is intended to be an easy hide.
