Geocache Description:

When you want to know what's happening around town, you gotta check in with the Chamber of Commerce. Stop in and find out what festivals are on the calendar.

You are looking for a well concealed cache log.  This one is a little tricky, though I have seen others like it.  
Placed with permission.  If you get stuck, you can ask inside for some help - they will be happy to help and think it's fun to be involved.
Nearby is one of Vinita's favorite places to cool off and get snackage, which will be a relief after looking for the cache in this summer heat. So, FTF will be treated to a prize for there.
