Caribbean to Carolina #17 - Pirate Ignatius Pell

Having lived on the Coast of Carolina for 20 years, I suddenly found myself landlocked in Tennessee for the better part of two years recently. While there I placed some 40 caches, all named after Jimmy Buffett songs to remind me of the sea until I could return.
Now that I'm here in Beaufort, I've decided to place some caches to celebrate that I'm finally back to the sea, though for how long is anyone's guess as pirates are ruthless these days.
Each cache in this series will be named after a famous North Carolina pirate. Pirate Ignatius Pell was a boatswain of Stede Bonnet's crew on the "Royal James." After his capture, he saved his own hide by turning King's evidence and giving testimony against his former comrades.
Some rules of the high seas as you seek this treasure:
- Remember, this is a VERY HIGH MUGGLE area. Stealth is definitely required.
- Bring your own pen. While some of the caches might be large enough for some pirate swag, most will be much smaller.
- Please replace exactly as you find it or as it was "meant to be placed," and hopefully both of these will ring true when you locate this cache.
Congratulations to EcoCharge on another FTF!!
