The San Marcos Preserve is a large area set a side as a nature preserve. It features some of the best views in Santa Barbara. We were up here the other day picking up caches and noticed there is a lot of room for more caches.
This cache is locate near two oak trees that burned in the Jesusita fire, but survived and are now thriving again.
Cache is a tennis ball container camouflaged to match the surroundings. It contains a log and pencil and some swag. Please remember to re-hide the container exactly as you found it.
