geocat's Tribute to VenturingPete Multi-Cache

VenturingPete was a local cacher, Boy Scout Leader, and my friend.  I placed this cache in his honor.  He is gone but not forgotten.  I have included a couple of laminated cards about Pete in the final cache.  Take a minute to read about him but please leave this in the cache.

I first met Pete at a local caching event.  "You know my son" were the first words he spoke to me, refering to the previous adventures I had been on with CacheTheVash.  It was very nice to meet him that evening and I grew to know him as an excellent cacher and wonderful friend.  His caching name fit him well as he was quite daring but also highly skilled.  I especially enjoyed watching him scale King Bizzy with his son, Brett, and making the trek out to Alcatraz! with an enthusiastic group last summer. He also helped keep everyone alive on a wet adventure to PUK#2!
