Be Resourceful Mystery Cache

THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES

The cache is a small rubbermaid container. The cache contains a logbook and some trade items. Solve the puzzle below to find the final location. I would recommend having a computer to solve this cache for easiest "access" to the coordinates.

This cache is located in the Willow Lake subdivision. The cache isn't far into the brush and can be spotted easily from the trail (it's not camo'd). The cache is in a large bush just a ways from the pond. There is no need to bushwhack too far.

But wait! The posted coordinates are not the final coordinates for the cache. You will need to solve the puzzle to obtain the final coordinates. The difficulty rating is mostly for the puzzle and would be a 1.5 difficulty rating for just the search.
